Diabetes education and care

First contact physiotherapist

If your symptoms are within the inclusion criteria please call the reception who will book you in for the next available appointment.

Inclusion and exclusion criteria 

  • All soft tissue injuries (excluding acutely unwell patients)
  • Ligament, muscle, capsular sprains and strains (excluding acutely unwell patients)
  • Sports injuries and tendinopathy (excluding acutely unwell patients)
  • Arthritis in any joint (exluding patients under 16) 
  • Spinal pain (excluding medical management of rheumatoid conditions)
  • Spinal related pain into arms and legs (excluding housebound patients)
  • Post surgery (excluding non-MSK reviews)
  • Only pregnant women with MSK conditions including Pregnancy Related Pelvic Girdle Pain (SPD) (excluding neurological and respiratory conditions)

Other exclusion criteria

  • Acute mental health conditions
  • Patients not wanting to see a First Contact Physiotherapist 
  • Headaches
  • Other women’s health (ante and post natal problems)

Flu vaccinations

Each October, we begin our flu campaign and invite patients who are over 65 and those with certain chronic conditions to attend for a vaccination.

Health visitor's baby clinics

See babies for their 6 to 8 week checks on alternate Wednesdays 9:30am to 12pm by appointment only.

They also have a The Community Well Baby Clinic Mondays 1:30pm to 3pm for parents to get advice and have their children weighed.

This clinic is for children aged 0 to 5 years & will be a drop in service, appointments are also available which you would need to contact the Health Visiting Team on 0207 363 1125 to book.
